With a Master’s in Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management, Marion Nabifo is a seasoned HR and Organizational Development Specialist with a wealth of experience across private, public, and multinational sectors.
Her career spans leadership roles in HR management, payroll administration, recruitment, and consulting, working with organizations in construction, banking, healthcare, and manufacturing. Before founding Legacy Management Ltd, she played a key role at ACLAIM under the Ministry of Health’s SDS & URC SUSTAIN projects, overseeing health worker payroll and supervision nationwide.
